
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
Welcome to the S-P Travel MCHJ travel agency website. Registration is considered final once the online reservation form has been completed and upon receipt of payment of the deposit and/or balance depending on the registration date.
Depending on the services chosen and the country's regulations, a photocopy of the passport may be requested by the Agency. If the photocopy of the passport is not sent within the deadlines indicated by the Agency, the latter will not be able to guarantee the proper execution of the reserved services.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer. It includes payment confirmation as well as the invoice.
An acknowledgment of receipt is sent to the Customer electronically. In the event that the Customer does not receive acknowledgment of receipt, the reservation will nevertheless be final upon receipt by the Agency.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Registration made more than 45 days before the departure date:
The Client must pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the services reserved. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 45 days before the start date of said stay.
Registration made less than 45 days before the departure date:
The Customer must pay the entire amount of the trip in one go.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Upon confirmation of your reservation, your agent will prepare your invoice, issued in the name of S-P Travel MCHJ a travel agency duly registered in Uzbekistan. Payments are made either:
- by bank card online and free of charge, from the payment links available on the invoice.
- by bank transfer to the account of the travel agency S-P Travel MCHJ, based and duly registered
in Uzbekistan.
- by Western Union to the travel agency S-P Travel MCHJ, based and duly registered in Uzbekistan.
The invoice is updated each time payment is received.
